My friends call me Mickey and that means so can you. I am the owner of On Track Consulting, LLC d/b/a On Track Operations & Training and the owner and general manager of Central Bark Landover, located in the great state of Maryland. I have over 30 years of business operations and 15 years of direct pet care experience.

As a Pet Tech Instructor, I provide training in dog and cat emergency first aid and CPR for pet parents, pet care professionals and rescue volunteers. I also provide consulting services to small businesses and non-profits looking to streamline their operations, document SOPs , enhance client communications and relationships, and develop staff training plans.

I attended the University of Maryland at College Park for my bachelor's degree and The George Washington University's master's program in educational leadership. In addition to my Pet Tech training, I am a Certified Professional Animal Care Manager and I hold additional certifications or certificates in human resources, Pragmatic Marketing, marketing operations management, and infectious disease management. I am currently working toward my certification in Fear Free Pets.
