I am a Certified Canine Behavioral Consultant and Professional Dog Trainer and own a dog training business based in the San Antonio area. I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of pets and rescues over the past 9 years and I couldn’t love it more. I have passion for helping families and rescues give the best care to their pets both physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Along with dog training, I own a pet sitting business which has given me a whole new perspective on the care we give our pets. Due to a recent petsitting conference, I took the PetTech yearly refresher course and within months, I had not 1, not 2 but actually 6 actual minor and major pet emergencies within my clients and myself.
Emergencies could happen when we least expect it and can be terrifying…especially if you don't know what to do. At that moment, I decided it was time to teach others these skills. I could’ve panicked. Trust me, that’s what I did every time my dog, Mia, had a seizure. If I didn’t pay close attention, I wouldn’t have heard the developing pneumonia in my dog, Jorge. My job is to teach the skills needed to help your pet in an emergency and to be better in-tuned to their health to prevent emergencies from happening.
