Animal Lover - obviously 🙂. I have loved animals my entire life and have always had lots of pets. I find this love only grows as I get older. I became interested in Pet First Aid and CPR so that I could be a responsible pet parent...but the number of times I read or heard about a horrible situation with an animal the more I thought how important it was to spread the knowledge of how to keep pets safe and/or help them in critical situations...and so I became an instructor in 2015 and I LOVE it. It is an exceptional experience to be surrounded by other animals lovers.
I am a Pet mama to 3 cats - Cleo, 18; Doofus 15; and Walter Tomato, 10. Unfortunately, all of them have chronic medical conditions - the information I have learned and can also share from Pet Tech has been invaluable!!!
In addition to Pet Tech Instructor Certification, I am also certified in Canine Massage and also as an Animal Reiki Practitioner. These wonderful activities keep me pretty busy but I also do occasional cat sitting and dog walking.
