HI! I'm Dawn Olson and I moved to Colorado to attend Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, graduated and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 1989. I worked at several veterinary hospitals before starting Distinctive Pet Care in 1995. I worked as a professional pet sitter and cared for medical clients along with hiring some additional pet sitters. In 2005 she purchased the Ken Caryl Pet Spa, a self-serve dog wash, grooming, and pet retail shop. Education has always been my passion and making learning fun is one of my goals. I believe. I started teaching Pet Tech programs in March 2012 and I am now one of a few Master Instructors in the United States!
