This fun filled workshop is designed to use play activities with your dog to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance and mental focus. You will learn how to design a warm-up and cool-down program that incorporates activities that you are already doing with your dog. You will also learn how to use stretching and massage to improve your dog’s overall health and wellness and as a way to strengthen the bond between you and your dog . You will discover how to incorporate exercises for targeting specific muscle groups with play based activities. You will be introduced to canine fitness equipment and will learn how to incorporate it safely into your dog’s Play Fit program.
