Since stepping away from the business, Nancy now devotes her energy to educating others through Pet CPR, First Aid, and Care & Wellness classes, sharing her knowledge and expertise with both Pet Professionals and Pet Parents. Her favorite part of teaching? Empowering others to care for animals with confidence, skill, love, and compassion.
Currently based and teaching classes in Central Florida, Nancy also teaches nationwide as she and her husband, Phil, adventure across the country in their motorhome for part of each year. The two share their lives with Gracie, a very sweet 9-pound rescue pup they adopted while traveling in Mexico. Gracie is now a seasoned traveler and road tripper herself, and is never far from Nancy’s side.
Over the years, Nancy and Phil have been lovingly “owned” by two Brittanys (Sage and Aspen), two mules, several horses, and a lively flock of chickens. When Nancy isn’t teaching classes, walking dogs or working with other animals, you can find her kayaking, camping, hiking, fishing, scuba diving, riding horses, skiing, travelling and enjoying other outdoor activities.
