CPR And First Aid For Your Pets:

5+ hour class including CPR techniques, first aid skills, health care and wellness information for dogs and cats. Does not include dental care or senior care.

Additionally, the class includes our PetSaver® 40-page handbook and upon successful completion, each participant will receive a certification card. Sometimes the unexpected happens… Will you be prepared to take action when it does?

Amy Hillis has been a Pet Tech Instructor since 2022 and is the Co-Founder of Social Pet Hotel and Daycare, a multi-location pet care company serving the Charlotte, NC area. Social Pet's enrichment program, commitment to training and education, and certified team members help enrich the lives the dogs and the relationships they share with those who love them.

A dedicated advocate for professionalism in pet care, Amy has served on the Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC) board, helping to advance independent certification standards for the industry. She has developed educational content for pet care organizations and professionals, and is a sought-after international speaker at industry conferences.

Amy is a two-time recipient of the IBPSA Industry Leader Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the pet care industry through education, leadership, and animal welfare. She is also an author, speaker, Certified Professional Animal Care Operator, Pet Tech Instructor, and Fear Free Certified Professional.

Amy lives in South Carolina with her husband, son, and two dogs. She and her husband also maintain a farm in the North Carolina mountains, home to a variety of rescued animals, including pigs, horses, chickens, and goats.
