Jessica is the Co-Owner of West Coast Grooming Academy in Arcadia, CA and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science-Pre-Veterinary. She is also a dog trainer, an Advanced Certified Feline Training & Behavior Specialist (ACFTBS), Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG) (one of only 280 in the world and the only one with a grooming school in the nation!) and a certified PetTech Instructor.

In addition to her animal behavior and grooming work, Jessica is very active in animal rescue, having fostered orphaned kittens, puppies and dogs for various shelters and rescue groups, including marine mammal rescue. Jessica has appeared on numerous tv shows such as "My Cat From Hell" with Jackson Galaxy and Kate Benjamin of Hauspanther, "Shelter Me" on PBS, and "The All American Dog Rescue Celebration" Thanksgiving Day Special on Fox 11 and the Hallmark Channel.
